Lusekur fordeles i tørt hår og hovedbund. Efter blot 15 min. har lusemidlet kvalt alle lus og luseæg. Efter lusebehandlingen fordeles luseshampooen i hele håret og hovedbunden, FØR håret gøres vådt. Massér grundigt ind og skyl herefter ud med lunkent vand. Lusesprayen kan bruges i både vådt og tørt hår og anbefales især på de dage, hvor håret ikke vaskes. Ryst flasken inden brug og spray i hele håret og i hovedbunden for at holde hår og hovedbund beskyttet. Lusespray skal ikke skylles ud.
